1.No organised way of working 2 Working hours not followed.You get a call at odd hours or on days you are not well and expects to work as per their own convience. 3.You do not get any medical leave or there can't be any medical issue or emergency at your place. 4.There is always fake urgency created just when the working hours aboutto get over.With patent word "ASAP".One should ask why work is not assigned timely.Once in a while is fine but not daily. 5.No facilities provided- No hike, No medical facilities,no pf, no appreciation at all. 6.Employee has to remind for salary.No timely transaction done. 7.Every employee is overloaded with work. 8.What kind of urgency is there in the food business that employee are asked to plan diets late at night. 9. No hygiene matained when it comes to food delivery . Clients complain about nails, broken glass, wrapping foils,Flies,insects, Utensils washing sponge in food.What kind of food is delivered? Why the hygiene nis not kept as the top priority when a bomb is charged for services. 10.There is no proper pantry .After multiple requests for a microwave to heat food during winters, oven was received and never provided with oven gloves. 11.No employee satisfaction is considered. 12.Expects to be available for clients 24*7 ..even if the message is late at night.Now,please explain where is the work- life balance.Also, forces to work on sunday( week-off) plan diets.If not done then you are get warning 13.delivery services pathetic! The riders leaves kitchen at 11 am and clients are given commitment of receiving food at 10.45 am When the client calls the team has to listen due to poor management. 14.Clients are not informed of any cancellation.How can a client on keto arrange food at 2 pm?? and expect good weight loss. 15.No proper diet macros are managed.Strict gym diets are suggested like high protein.No variation in menu.When it comes to keto diets carbs counts are not done."
