I personally like the work culture with my colleagues of my department. The are friendly and ready to help in any point.

Dislikes

Holiday structure. They don't have a proper holiday list, even on national holidays we used to come to work.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
