Company worker nature is good it feel well to work with them. I have learner to much from them as most of the company don't share their experiences but here every share their skill and new ideas to the different product at different machines. It feel too awesome to work at the company because of which I got too much experience.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow. I face too much problem while working beacues at the time of setting they don't have required instrument at the right time which lead me to extension for setting time which lead in loss of time and manufacturing. And main think nature of the company director/owner is not to much good after doing good work he always shout and over react at everyone which sometime lead loss in my confidence to talk or communicate with him....Read More

I use to opearte CNC machine. Do settings and program making. I also sometime use to operate VMC machine, milling machine.
