I used to work in US Accounting division and the state there is poor. Massively understaffed and lack of clear leadership. If you want to live a life outside of work then PABS is not a place for you.

No likes as the main reason is an individual can't maintain his work life balance due to strict timing

Work life balance is not possible here Team leaders won't allow to leave even after work is completed. They will give you task at the last moment and expect to complete it immediately even by doing OT. HR said OT is provided at the time of joining but when we worked for any emergency task also no OT is provided. Unlike other KPO, one can try his/her hands on full accounting process. Only major issue with this company is remunaration. Monetry growth can't be expected from management. Also the company needs to focus on improvement of work culture environment.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
