Company is forcing us to give internal coding assessments (Coder pad test) based on that they are judging candidates which is not at all fair. Immediately that coder pad test should be withdrawn. Also coder pad test questions are really irrelevant

Good initial pay and not so tough interview to crack initially. Big MNC with big revenue numbers.

Dislikes

Not much projects, they dont tell at the time of joining about more internal interview rounds, coding test and client rounds which are mostly amazingly tougher than what you are selected for. Project allocation is a huge lag here.

Their sick leave policy as it says if you need to opt for sick leave it has to be minimum 3 days and doctors prescription along with discharge summary is required else they will deduct it from your Earned leaves.

Worst appraisal and benefits in market, will give 1 to 3 % of hike annually, no recognition and rewards you will get, only handful people will get promotions every year. Others will be told that we don't have budget this year. Company has big infrastructure but it's not an IT company.

Favoritism for any damn stuff. People who work keep working are meant to keep doing it covering ppl who dont. Sometimes 1 covering 10 too. Management will ask u to give more n more contribution so that their pockets are paid with ur share too. Whereas ull receive 3_5% hike for consecutive o/s performance. People who dont work keep sitting idle. If you spend first 4years u can be resting for rest of years n ull get ur salary, ull get a promotion for every 3 yrs.No recognition for good work. Forget about promotion in less than 3 yrs how hard u try if you are not a vegetarian. So i would suggest nof to work if you see u are not getting anything. Poor Management. I'm hired for an assignment, but after joining I was told went are sharing your profile with other clients. I got into a worst client with legacy technologies who already had 7 other vendors. There are good projects as well. Depends on where you are landed. Worst management
