I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Owner of thi company is very bad. The system of the ccoldstorage is very ugly. They dont care about cleaning and safty. They dont give good service to there customers.
