It was a very challenging experience that helped me grow and learn exponentially. The Tech stack is very good and everyone is open to new ideas. The ownership and responsibility of feature helped me understand what a product needs and think about the user while implementing even a minute feature.

Dislikes

The work life balance was not pretty great and I had little to no time apart from work. The management can improve in terms of vision and planning.

Ozone Is an excellent workplace to work at, due to its young and vibrant team and excellent work policies. Like any other office there are deadlines you need to work for, but office culture wise it's awesome.

Dislikes

It's a medium sized start-up therefore amenities are a trade off. But that's the only con I would say.
