compensation is decent. but some times have to work -14 to 18 hours. sme of managers do not value on our work. but clients are satisfied on my work..

my work is slightly challenging as i have to took after the entire dispatch process life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations. i keep an 1 year rolling demand calendar ready, hoping someday i will get recognized for this effort..
