If you are a deserving employee than Outworks appreciate you with good promotion and appraisal. Also, management is very supportive.

Dislikes

Outworks needs to invest more on training and development of the employee as they are tomorrow's leader and this will benefit the company in long term.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
