It's work from home opportunity is really good. The user interface on the site is good.

The problem is that it's project based freelancing work which means we only get paid if there is any tasks or projects. And now for last 2-3 months there are literally no projects available so there is no income. Also the team leads and other office people are hard to contact. There is very large communication gap.

Learning about Prompt Engineering of how to write an efficient prompt. Training a model looking for Hallucinations …etc. There is a lot to be learnt. Flexible work.

Not a regular source of Income sometimes you get a project, otherwise you remain on EQ for a long time. Sometimes reviews might be disturbing and bad for your work. Sometimes even insulting.

I don't like the communication delays, the inconsistency in work availability, the long wait times for task assignments, and the lack of prompt feedback on exam results.

Nothing to learn. Monotonous work.

Dislikes

Earlier the pay rates were good. But lately they have reduced the pay rates to 1.6$ per hour for those working from India. Pay rates are higher for freelancers from other countries. Indians are considered as cheap labour by the company.

It's freelancer job, so once the project is over we don't know when the other will come. We have to wait for months. Just side incoming Job. If you depends outlier ! You will not get project and earn money

This is freelance role. Most of the time work may not be available. When ever there is any project we can earn about 20 to 30 dollars per hour easily.

Screening and review system is worse. Even though your logic and reasoning is correct it might be considered as wrong and will be kicked out of the project
