Outlier gives very satisfactory enumerations so that every employee feels pride to say that "Yes, I work with the outlier '. With this, Outlier has strong & prompt query solving team, which respects valuable time of an employee. Yes, I can also say that Outlier is the best AI company, I am working with and all we are representing the technology of 21st century rightly to all our world right away!!!

Extremely toxic working environment. Senior Managers have 0 professional experience and 0 management skills. You will find hairdressers and artists among them lol. If you apply as a contributor after 70 unpaid courses you will have 0 tasks since these 'clever ' Managers assign them to their friends especially the Italian mafia team Ledion, Peta. If you say something they don't like will give you bad fake reviews to kick you out. Clients should not give their projects to this toxic, non human company with 0 respect for labour law!

Payment happens weekly and on time. The rates are good. Earnings are updated realtime on the dashboard. Response team quickly resolves any issues with payment. Flexibility with work hours

Lacks transparancy in operations. You need to take multiple courses and assessment before any tasks are allocated. Results are not always shared with you. The courses can consume upto 1-2 hours. The system of task allocation is very poor, I can say this for their Indian counterparts. Tasks and missions (where there is a chance to earn extra) are given to a few contributors only. They are not transparent about the criteria of allocation. There is no work for the most part. You get tasks, you have to forget about your life and dedicate yourself to tasking. Though there is no compulsion from the company, the tasks don't last for more than 1-2 days and you dont know when you can earn again. There is no information about communication hierarchy, hence you are at the mercy of the TL only. TL is often rude. Does not give satisfactory answers to anything.

It's work from home opportunity is really good. The user interface on the site is good.

The problem is that it's project based freelancing work which means we only get paid if there is any tasks or projects. And now for last 2-3 months there are literally no projects available so there is no income. Also the team leads and other office people are hard to contact. There is very large communication gap.
