As for the company which has a sustainable product, they are trying to setup India as the innovation center. This company has lot of potential and is funded by BlackRock(one of the biggest PE firms).

Dislikes

I wouldn't call this a limiting factor but a challenge for the company as they are trying to streamline the processes since they are trying to setup India.

There are opportunities to build applications from scratch where you get to learn a lot. It adds to your skillset. Work life balance is good.

Communication, ability to understand an employee’s potential and support/feedback could be improved regarding performance evaluation process as it is very crucial for an employee.

Do not fall for the pros. It's just a messed up company. Do a little bit research on TDS Clinical. They have just renamed to Outcomes, which was owned and transferred to them by Cardinal Health. 1. NO JOB SECURITY. They'll just hire and fire. But need to say, they settle fair when they fired us(Not sure how does it works now). 2. Company has an amazing product in the US Healthcare. The best opportunity employees in India have is to work on core development of the Company and have lot of say in developing the product. The developers are given an opportunity to become full stack engineers. The HR team is amazing and they the trying to build and amazing work culture.

Dislikes

The Company hired lot of mediocre talent from services background as Cardinal health and those people never did any good work for the company and which put lot of pressure of good talent. Some of those people spread lot of negativity in the company. We even hired wrong leaders who did not do any work for the business and employees.

Honestly i did not like anything.

Dislikes

Outdated tech stack (Angular.js1, Spring MVC (xml config)), SOAP services. Micro management, Unrealistic expectations. No QA engineers, developers has to do everything. Less salary, No recognition, de-promoting. No employee benefits. After all this, if you decided to join the company, then good luck with your new job.
