Work culture is great at OSI, Team members are helpful and motivate you to learn more and more. Work-life balance sometimes gets hard as sometimes employees have to work for long hours, not every day, but weekly twice that's fine which I felt. Management is very good and listen to your issues and try to help you what need to be done, Mainly Managers and Directors are easily approachable and listen to you problems, If you are good at work you will be appreciated and motivate you to work more. Less salary for freshers but once you are in a growing stage you will be good, Hikes are less compared, Referred candidates will have the good growth opportunity.

I have worked more than 5 years, I will give 4 stars out of overall rating career growth, projects, technologies, work life balance, policies every thing good. They will offer free food, PAT awards, out door games, awards mainly they focus on cricket and volleyball. Mainly chairman Anil Yemani very good person. He has good humor at their resources. Subhaker Sr practice director is very good person. Sr Vice president Manoj devreddy, he want only 100% students only. Good person at 100% students only 😊. But in package wise and hike wise and job security wise 2 out of 5 I will give rating. Ex : If we worked 10 years in osi. Even we got 4/5 rating for employee yearly performance for 9 years but 10th year if we got 3/5 rating they will ready to fire. Finally I conclude job security here is based on our performance. * 😆🤣😂😁😀 rating not matters in hikes just soap matters in OSI. If you got 4.5 rating originally they even not accept they will cut down the rating to 4 only at the end you will get around 10% hike and soaping guys also get 10% hike. * extreme performed resources can get extreme hike even we can not expect if and only if practice directors and vice president trusted him. Worst thing is here while they decided layoff. Resource managers will give false suggestions and cunning nature until they left OSI. Another worst thing is If any resource resigned in OSI they will be released with in a week even they are in billing they don't keep until their notice period 3 months at least 1 month also they don't wanna wait. Here Sr managers and arctects play politics to their fevered resources like their relatives get in to billing immediately and to get into safe zone even they don't have good technical skills like kind of 2/5 rating persons.
