- As no one knows about this OSBI, Initially HR will deal you as a unprofessional way to recruit you into this small, insecure OSB subsidiary factory :). And definitely they will offer very good package (now the norm changed it seams). - OSBI fallows conventional methodologies, so you will feel the job routine and get good personnel space from work life balance perspective .

Dislikes

- IT part of this organization is small and operates on very old legacy technologies, obviously you wouldn't get opportunity to work on new technologies - Learning scope pathetic. Literally no learning boards. Funniest part, you will get access on rotation basis for 1 or 2 learning portals. - As every one feel their job insecure, so obviously you can expect Zero knowledge transfer. - No process document, no CMDB and no knowledge repository. - As it mostly routine convectional methodologies they fallow , so you can't get agility of work culture - Due to this insecure and conventional nature of work you can expect lot of office politics (This is how people with more than experience 2 years experience surviving) - Very very difficult to switch job due to legacy technologies and high package. ## This is honestly my perception, I realized early stage and quit the fob with in one year. There is nothing to like because the company has gone to dogs. There is a drastic change in the management because most of the tenured gold gems left this company due to dirty politics played by few longstanding tenured and new management staffs.

Dislikes

Dislike the new leaders that they have hired. Company is going through the worst time of their life by laying off people. So many undeserving people with zero people management experience are being promoted. They have become experts in false promises. It is a small company but they have hired so many GM roles, and promoted undeserving Heads to GM to please them. This is a loss making company and is at the verge of collapse. UK management must have a close scrutiny of all the promotions that are going over as most of the back stabbers and pot lickers are being promoted. Recruiting HRs from Bangalore should be more truthful with the info they give out during hiring. I was promised for home pick up and drop while hiring later after I joined I was denied for transport stating my house was beyond their pickup radius(25kms) Dint they do a background check when I uploaded bgv documents. Even after my constant req at one point both bnglr n hyd HR put me in a place where they said I was manipulating info. They cannot stand by their words n later blame other for their blunders. At one point the HR stated we cannot provide cab decided if you want to continue here or its your call. Colleagues i worked with were the only motivation to come to work and my commitment. I love the job i do thats it.

Dislikes

What OSBI claims to be employee sentric and culture oriented, it false.... They are biased, horrible work ethics followed and if we hilight the wrong practice, the next minute you are out of the organisation. The put you in mental stress and abuse you based on your personal situation. I dont want anybody to go through what anybody went through, hence i dont refer anyone to join the place.

Team leader won't understand people same goes to management they never understand employees TL and Managers are very stupid arrogant they abuse to employee as well hr not available immediately they need to improve as they are the brand image of Kent Reliance lot of political drama showed to employees if someone fathers died they have no courtesy at least manners

Everything is wonderful about OSBI which there are also few faults but they aren’t because of the company but with the people who are a little ill mannered but organization is Wonderful

Dislikes

There are few people in the superior roles who are more of partiality affectionate as there discrimination on badis of banglore and Hyderabad location as banglore people are highly knowledgeable and Hyderabad people aren’t so in few peoples Intentions rest all everything is wonderful
