There is nothing to like because the company has gone to dogs. There is a drastic change in the management because most of the tenured gold gems left this company due to dirty politics played by few longstanding tenured and new management staffs.

Dislikes

Dislike the new leaders that they have hired. Company is going through the worst time of their life by laying off people. So many undeserving people with zero people management experience are being promoted. They have become experts in false promises. It is a small company but they have hired so many GM roles, and promoted undeserving Heads to GM to please them. This is a loss making company and is at the verge of collapse. UK management must have a close scrutiny of all the promotions that are going over as most of the back stabbers and pot lickers are being promoted. Nothing is good. they will change ratings at last moment just to cover up the mess by management. efforts, long hours, contribution, nothing matters to them. you are just a number who can be replaced. managers and leads are so toxic, double faced they will show they care but in realitythey will blame you for everything and just keep documenting everything to save themselves. the work is ever increasing but management is doing nothing about it, rather just blame game for making errors without any coaching or training....Read More

It was in 2018 when I had a couple of opportunities to switch my job and I chose to work for OSB India. I feel proud and happy to be a part of this organisation. It has been a good experience with great learning so far. Covid was a tough challenge for the world, there were challenges around job security, hikes and appraisals, flexibility to work remotely, career progress. OSB has always been people centric and culture driven, employees were taken care in the best way during these tough times. Talk about career growth, there's a lot of opportunities to pick and learn. Eventually the experience is all that matters and there's something for everyone for a happy living. It's a mix of people with wide experience, great skillset.
