Dislike the new leaders that they have hired. Company is going through the worst time of their life by laying off people. So many undeserving people with zero people management experience are being promoted. They have become experts in false promises. They are biased, horrible work ethics followed and if we hilight the wrong practice, the next minute you are out of the organisation.
