Dislike the new leaders that they have hired. Company is going through the worst time of their life by laying off people. So many undeserving people with zero people management experience are being promoted. They have become experts in false promises. It is a small company but they have hired so many GM roles, and promoted undeserving Heads to GM to please them. This is a loss making company and is at the verge of collapse.
