Sick workculture. If you have B.E still they will ask you to wipe the dust off the systems at the client as Annual Maintanance, they do not have a clue on resource management. Salary is always credited late, probably after 2-3 weeks. The director will have money to buy a new Audi Q7 but no money to pay ₹10000 to an employee. What an Irony. Just avoid it.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
