All the collegues are very supportive. Management also very supportive on learning activities and fun activities. HR Management are very good at responding.

Flexi Items are not very impressive, can add more for employee's tax saving.

Flexible work from office, 10days per month and any day per month, and any Optum site. This is the best thing about Optum.

>Salary hikes are below par. >No employee benefits or gifts, not even a box of sweets on Diwali. >Mediclaim facilities are poor, Optum itself being a Healthcare organisation.

Although such benefits are there, the company fails to recognize and promote decent talent. There was a monetized incentive program[apart from perf bonus] earlier, which got scrapped, the pay is on the lower end of a decent scale.
