Toxic team management, No KT's provided and No documentation for the project. Two to three people only handle all the things and rest will play donkeys role and don't provide the business context to anyone. Less insurance coverage for employees even though it is largest insurance provider company It is USA based Hindi talking company. Appraisal lot of partiality and politics. They will give you good maternity leave but once your back you will be overloaded with work without any courtesy which will effect your mental and physical health, team members and manager will be involved in this as you went for maternity leave (This is called as healthcare company which never care for the good health of its staff). Politics is at its peak, manager will not tell before how to improve career and what all learning need to be done but after giving bad rating he will give 1000 advise. Higher management is not supportive until and unless you do chamchagiri which is not everyones cup of tea. Team members taking unofficial leave and endless leaves and good employee of the company and punctual to work are bad employee here as per manager and Manager doesnt know how to manage team, incapable of resolving conflicts within the team, only scare his team by telling he will remove them, seems so busy when team need help as if he is only CEO of the Company.
