Good work life balance Job Security 5 star performance gives you average 20% hike.

Dislikes

Hybrid model. They are asking me to come to office at least 6 days in a month. Not much exposure to India Team. Onshore does all R&D and maintenance gets to India Team.

Rewards and Recognition are good. Appraisal are fair.

Dislikes

Variable pay percentage is too high. Rewards and Recognition are considered in the Variable pay. Notice period is a bit long (90 days)

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
