Most projects has good work life balance unless your in production support. Less layoffs compared to other companies

Optum is really a great organisation to work. Many benefits including work Life balance, can facility, hybrid model, very supportive colleagues and senior management is also very empathetic.

Doesnt care for your technical abilities, even though you are quite experienced in a tech stack, in the name of re-org, they will add you to a team where the tech stack is completely different and dont value your proficiency and skill set.

The Transport department and the way things are handled is terrible. Everyone is on the ego trip. It would only be a good company only if you are a sdm and above. Rest are used as pawns by the same people. And they would make sure that their instrests remain protected by any means possible. They pretend to care for people, while it's opposite.
