Earlier the treatment was fair. No discrimination against QA resources. Less priority but work life balance etc was good. Nominal hikes. People tend to stay long term.

Now the expectation is everyone has to be a developer or Engineering manager in certain verticals.If you have a quality tag in your designation unless project is completely dependent on your for something you won’t get promoted. Head office was in gurgaon but those people develop their self they will not give much importance to Hyderabad employees A part from IT sector if you randomly ask with any operational team you will get the same answer their is politics.
