Work Details

Overall it’s good for who’s looking for work life balance . Since it’s a health care company we don’t see much learning and growth. Also year on year appraisals are very poor. Not easy to climb the ladder !

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
