Likes

Overall experience was good, good team and i got chance to trained on some technologies like Angular, RESTful Webservice. One more good thing about Work From Home facility.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Sometimes not getting relevant work and less development work. one to one interactions not happened before appraisal finalized and problem with Variable pay by default 20% of Variable Pay is deducting.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Job or Offer

I have almost 8Y experience, having Offer of 38LPA from Optum. Current CTC is 25LPA with WFH. I negotiated this offer against my brother's job in current company. He has 6Y gap after graduation. Not having technical expertise. So o decided to stay in company with no monetary negotiations, but the job of my brother. Will it be a wise decision?
