I like the job and the ambience of the office. Plus the facilities provided to the employees.

There is no justice. In the name of hiring, they started abusing, yelling at interns. Not just that, the trainer miss behave as well. In order to prove that whatever is on google is true. But other people are enjoying and carefree, making you feel as if you are going through depression. I means, just few Mr. Amit Banga and Mr. Vishesh Kaura were cool. But Haren Kumar was a nincompoop who was only praising Mujjammila Parveen(one from cognizant). Also, there was this Asim Ali pretending to be everyone's hero, which he is not. I was harrassed in the name of training. No direct explanation about further hidden steps being taken by other employees for hiring and choosing their department. Also, their sister companies Touch consultancies and Corporate access are more frustrating. You can't speak about yourself to anyone. Others also, happily participate in harassment as if they are doing some charity. In order to maintain transparency, they put everything on speakers, even your privacy is gone, even during hearings.
