If you are a good performer, you will be given a fair salary. If you are a performer, then your compensation will not be satisfying you. There are few projects where you will learn nothing from it.

-Great place to work. -The company encourages a lot to spend time on learning and experimenting with cutting edge technologies to update yourself to the market trend. -Supportive work environment -Great management -Good support from Admin during pandemic times. They provide ergonomic chair and table, power backup and internet reimbursement to all the employees.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
