Widely knowledgable employees. Friendly, open to share your thoughts. CTO have very good tech skills. Can switch to other technology is not interested.

Work Load will be more. Have to work on multiple projects. Sometimes internal politics. Layoff and forced to send resignation

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
