Company is good for learning from the scratch. you will get to explore a complete cycle of a project. Small team with highly talented people. You are free to work here anytime, there is a freedom to work on your own time without much burden. you will get a guidance in moving ahead. No restrictions on holidays provided genuine reason. As a product based start up if u are an software giant you will get some exposure to hardware communication and Vice Versa. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
