Dislikes

Everything. They provide 1-2 persons for starting and executing the site . There have no admin , accountant, no procurement team . You are the all in one in site. Marketing, client handling, manpower arrangements everything are your responsibility ( Site engineer's responsibly ). No respect , no help from the management. They don't provide vendor's salary and vendor gives threads to Site Engineer. No work and life balance . No leave before 5 months. No Sunday . No weekends . No career growth....Read More
