In this company they just keep you till billing is there. They gave me notice to leave next month. The same day client project is over they will throw out. I asked for just 2 more months time. They are rude and say they wont provide experience letter if I fight for my date. I dont have choice now.

BETTER GIVE INTERVIEW TO CLIENT ITSELF RATHER THAN JOINING THIS COMPANY IF STILL OPTING TO JOIN OPTIMUM NEGOTIATE WITH WAY MORE HIGHER THAN THE CURRENT MARKET SINCE THEY DONT OFFER ANY JOB SECURITY IF CLIENTS ARE IN OTHER LOCATION YOU SHOULD EITHER RELOCATE OR RESIGN DECISIONS ARE PURELY CLIENT BASED YOUR JOB IS ALWAYS AT RISK SINCE CONTRACT EXTENDS EVERY THREE MONTHS NO BENCH POLICY YOUR LEAVES WILL NOT GET ENCASHED YOU LL GET THE LAST WORKING DAY SAME AS YOUR CLIENT CONTRACT END DATE THEY ARE TRAINED TO HIDE THESE POLICIES OF THE COMPANY.
