Hire and FIre is all the company does in Pune. My mistake only in joining them. I have at least been to their pune office. Given the lies they say I dont even know if they actually operate in other cities like they claim.

This company has not background in Banking products. They hired me for a Senior BA role in Markets for a specific client. They said they work with many other products like Murex, Calypso etc. for many other banks. I was sold inot this and joined them. After joining after 1 year when ask for project change they said to wait. Now client has said project over and the company is telling they have no other project in Pune. I asked about all the other clients they said they work with. New manager is telling the company has never had so many clients. They are just telling full lies and hiring people. I am asked to find another job now and I will exit in October. Client team said wait 3 months I will hire you. Not sure what future holds....Read More

Most unprofessional way of working in the company

I just joined this company 4 months back after actually 5 interviews including client interviews. I had 2 other offers but I chose this company for few reasons. Pay was better. They say they work for many clients in chennai. I like the office floor and assumed this is large company. The client is CTOS a Malaysia company. The client has no idea how to do projects. They will always start with go live date in mind and crunch project timelines. They will say get more people but as we software people know we cannot deliver soon all time with many people. Now the project is not moving and client team to save them has said the delay is because of me and just dumped me. Now the truth is known. This company has given date for me to be sent out. When I ask other project they say there is no other project. I fully got cheated with the office looking nice and all. Dont believe it. Very UNPROFESSIONAL company. Take from me. 1 year later also none of the large project will be delivered as problem is not people and the work approach only.
