There is nothing to like about this small company.

Almost everything to be disliked. This company is controlled by a Punjabi family, half the company is the family - mother, father, son, daughter, son-in-law, even the grandchildren's presence will keep you entertained. Company culture: Hire and fire! Employees are looked down upon like house-help. No chances are missed to humiliate them. Employees are never issued an appointment letter, you can find people working here for months/ years without any formal paperwork taking place. You might get one after you leave the company, needless to mention, constant reminders and requests will be required. Without any paperwork, it becomes easy to fire people anytime they like. Company's boss: An aged woman who likes to be pampered, high on ego all the time! Salary: Most of the employees are paid below the market standards. They are so old-fashioned that they still issue salary cheques, requiring you to unnecessarily visit your bank to deposit the pay cheque every month. Working hours: People are expected to overwork or at least spend extra hours in the office, doesn't matter whether they work or not. Recommendation: Steer clear of working with them. Choose them only if you have no choice. Leave them based on your gut feeling, before being humiliated in being asked to leave for no reason. They might cause you troubles for no visible reasons to torture you into leaving the company when they don't find you a good servant, as is their expection....Read More
