The kind of work done at onward assist is innovative and creative. you surely get exposed to unique and challenging data-based problems. The hierarchy is flat and open to feedback.

Dislikes

The management is a bit unorganized and appraisal cycles are not clear. Missing on perks like office meetups, team outings, etc.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
