To be honest, there's nothing to like about this company except for being used as a second base before your dream job switch but not worth more than 6 months of your time.

Dislikes

One of the worst culture would be working extra hours without compensation. The manager is foul-mouthed and supervisor does nothing but give extra tasks to perform which aren't a part of your job profile and never pays attention to the problems of team members, often gives allocated tasks to someone n takes credit for the same whileabandoning the person who actually did the job. Job security is zero as the manager and supervisor often threat to fire you if you say no to extra work which isn't a part of your job. They deny to let you apply for leave even if you are sick and makes you work almost 12-13 hours everyday. Sometimes, they ask you to login on weekends too without compensation.
