Honestly, I'm still getting used to the company culture.I wish there were more opportunities for work-life balance.The bureaucracy can be frustrating at times.I feel that some processes and procedures are outdated.The communication between teams could be improved.

Placement at ONLEI Technologies is the key point of this Brand. As there are many students who only came for Placements and they get good Opportunities. ONLEI Technologies Placement Team is working continuously for their Students. Me and My 3 Friends are selected, I got 3 offer letters and Joined the one.

If you want Placement so your efforts are also needed. Out of 5 Students 4 are Placed in my Batch. The one who was not attending the classes properly and not submitting the assignments was not selected for any Drive. So if you are looking for Placements only without taking classes, ONLEI technologies will not help you.
