Here manager will take advantage of your work They give awards in rotation basis (only senior) Not much knowledge shared by senior complete work happens in assumption basis

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
