The "Design Team" at OneCentra solutions had people from all fields except design. The work environment was toxic, no creative freedom at all. Freshers were bullied just because they were freshers and came with no apparent work experience. The senior team members were toxic, insulted and yelled at the juniors for every damn thing. There were no fixed timings. You had to reach at 9 am but no fixed time to leave. There have been times when I have returned home at 10:30 in the night! Horrible experience working here!...Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
