Omnibus had been into various activities like Industrial estate, infrastructure projects, consignment agencies of Polymers, zinc, lead, copper and aluminium, liquor whole sale and retail, PPP projects, housing, etc. I as Manager Business got the opportunity to work and experienced working with IAS officers directly. Dislikes

Almost all the above activities are not there now a days except liquor business. There are no scope of further progress, no training provided, no appreciation of work. There is no recognition of capabilities of the even senior most employee. The work pressure is very high due to wholesalers of liquors.

Work Details

My work had been slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution of polymers, zinc lead copper and aluminium. Pitching for my company as a Manager Business gets tiring and the task was slightly repetitive.
