There was a great time when i worked with ocean diving center.lots of people there are very cooperative.our colleague was very cool.and i enjoyed with this company.

Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

There was the work pressure .sometes i work morethan our duty hours.

Work Details

Some times our client pressure and demand is very high,but we managed to them politely.overall i loved with that company.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
