My friends and colleagues are always friendly, helpful and hard working. I always feel i. An approach any one in the company for advice,help or just to chat. My team and team lead to whom I have worked was very helpfull personally and professionally. I felt very much comfortable working there during my tenure because of them. Salary disbursement on time. Job Security if you are performing average or plus. Work life balance but still you have to complete 8.5 hours inside office.

No Appraisal or 1K-2K appraisal. No Promotion. Internal politics. Nepotism & Favourism at the peak. If you are little bit late then you have to explain the reason.

The management here believes in giving very undue and unnessary very high salary hike to very select employees who are actually incompetent and incapable but are relatives of the director.
