I found the treatment of staff incoherent of the culture they try and perceive themselves as. As a care system working closely with SEN children the empathy and level of care is alarmingly low. I have felt less supported in a job role, I was fired because I had a conversation with one of the managers where I was expressing my opinions. i left that conversation feeling disrespected and completely unheard. I wasn't given a warning nor further contact and I heard I had been fired from a coworker, they're completely unprofessional and couldn't care less about their employees. Going through 3 members of staff in just 1 month. Managers have unsafe relationships with the service users, messaging when on holiday, meeting up at night. With no safeguarding reports being made or policies being followed. If you are a professional in the care Industry, please do not work for this company....Read More
