I liked nothing about Nitro, it's a family company under people have natsi thought process. They will like you to work 24 x 7 with no additional pay and soon you ask for leave or some time of, you will be asked to look for another job opportunities. There is no hierarchy of communication, any requirement can come to you without any explanation and everything is required right away.

Dislikes

Dont want to talk about it, but know that the management and hierarchy of communication is incomplete chaos. And there is no respect for the people work there.
