Adopted hire and fire culture after 2022 many senior and mid management people left organization as created such situations where they had to leave company is not safe if you have experience above 8 years so join only if you don't have a job or fresher Absolutely no work from home policy as they have just one day work from home which is Thursday and that too most of the time many people are coming to office because forced by manager Have seen many cases where employees are genuinely not well hospitalized for a week and after discharge they wanted work from home but refused by manager a person having fracture wanted work from home but refused by manager and clearly said if you can come to office leave job Organization have yes sir culture so if you can't adjust pls this organization is not made for you 9 hours is strict even if at month end assume that there are 20 working days in a month so 20×9=180 hours are required assume if your hours are 179.59 than your half day leave will be automatically debited by system if there is no leave than half day salary will be cut just because of 1 min but no matter you have given 10-12,14,16 hours of time in previous month not even single rupee of overtime will paid to u Parking is very limited people struggle to park their vehicle be it 4 wheeler or bike many times people have been challaned if they parked outside or at times vehicle have been theft as well outside premises but management don't care all they want people to see at office earlier they had shuttle service that is also not there anymore No matter what technology experience you have they can out you in any technology and you will be surprised to hear this that in open house it was clearly announced that tech people can be put into HR and finance departments also and wise Vera HR might have to do coding we thought it's just for saying but no they have done it...Read More

No work life balance. Managers are bullies, who themselves are bullied by the upper management. Very bad leadership. Team size is too small. A lot of work on a single person. No personal and skills development.

There is nothing to like about here, if you don't have any other offers in hand and need a job then go for nucleus software otherwise it's just a hell filled with conservative minded people.

At Nucleus Software there is no work life balance, there is no space for your ideas and opinions. No matter how hard you work you won't get deserved appraisal. The senior management is really bad, they will not guide you or help you in office your skills enhancement. The tech stack is really old so you'll learn nothing of any value.And salary is really low. And there's biasedness between the college tiers. In the training school i.e NSBT every employee is treated like they are 4th grader and are in a boarding school. Manager will scream at you in front of everybody even tho there's no fault of your's . Everyone there will treat you like you are nothing and you don't deserve to be there, and make you feel like they are doing a favor by keeping you there.
