At Nucleus Software there is no work life balance, there is no space for your ideas and opinions. No matter how hard you work you won't get deserved appraisal. The senior management is really bad, they will not guide you or help you in office your skills enhancement. The tech stack is really old so you'll learn nothing of any value.And salary is really low. And there's biasedness between the college tiers. In the training school i.e NSBT every employee is treated like they are 4th grader and are in a boarding school. Manager will scream at you in front of everybody even tho there's no fault of your's .
