Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus.

I liked the learning of banking domain through their products.Definitely one has a lot to learn about banking domain. Food options are decent enough in the cafeteria Also there is a good campus to walk around. Gym facility and extra curricular activities like flash zumba, cultural initiatives are decently good. Very good and detailed Orientation program. The CEO himself interacted with the new ones. They have a sense of personal touch. Even during diwali the CEO himself met each employee and greeted.. This is rare I found him very much grounded and one of the rare qualities people at this position possess. HR Support is fair enough. Well, they really need to improve on many areas :- 1. Stringent attendance policies where you need to punch in before 11 and at times due to technical errors if you missed it then half day attendance is short automatically. They need to show more faith in their employees for sure. 2. Middle management s working is very unprofessional and really they lack skills in driving their teams. 3. People dependence is high. They need to restructure the working style and also if the budget allows should get solution to bring in latest technology to save time and drive team more technically. 4.Work from home in my case was very much required at a certain point of my tenure due to unavoidable health issues and personal issues,. I got it. But I was overburdened and actly looked upon with distrust and pessimist approach. Which led me to go to HR. I took up quite a bad experience from that. 5. Happiness index of people is very very low and hence people enter into bad politics. Recreational and team building activities should be promoted. 6. They avoided giving cabs.( not sure maybe it was team specific)Even at late night there used to be issues. Noida ghaziabad areas are security sensitive. I feel so they should be prioritizinf this.
