The organisation is excellent, trying everything to make employee happy. Every festival and occasion is being celebrated very well. Top management specially Mr. R.P. Singh, CEO is very dynamic and nice person. Organization policies are very good but not implemented at employee level. But unfortunately lower management is very political. Your work can not be visible to BU head if you are not favorite of your manager. Middle management is also not concern with the employee grievances. High level of politics and favouritism is there at team level specially in GCC BU. Opportunity only knocks the door of employee who is very to manager.
