Freedom to work and give your best regardless which band you are on, You will get mgmt support for that as well. Yearly appraisal and bonus is good part in terms of financial growth. Time to time you will get reward points from team management for the good work you have done and reward points can be incashed.

Leaverage project model, need work on multiple projects as the same time due to which time mgmt seems to be worst. Just to say working hours from Monday to Friday but b the name of maintenance activities you will be exausted weekend as well.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
