When it was dell it was perfect to work with but after ntt took over the organization it became terrible

Dislikes

Management is not at all concerned about it's employees. They treat there employees like labor. No job satisfaction no work life balance no learning and growth. Management create multiple obstacles for the employee who wants to grow in any ways
