If any fresher engineer want job here , than you learn nothing no training , no support , and every one who is the HOD his/qualification is only less than a BE /BT engineer ,there maximum level of qualification is ITI or diploma , even they cannot able to handle a basic Ms-office . They just show your hard work in the name of there and continue demoralised you that everything you do is wrong .

It's good company but the management is not enough,staff is good for work culture but future growth is poor, overall it's good for lerning and increasing the knowledge
